Returns for individual jewellery purchases

Eligible individual jewellery items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. We will confirm the next steps if your return is eligible.

Items that cannot be returned for preference

For hygiene and product-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for preference-based returns. Faulty or incorrect items are handled separately; contact us and we will help.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and checked, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
